The accounts were circulated with the notice of AGM and taken as read.
Kareshma reported that EY's last audited accounts were from 2022, and since then she has been tracking receipts and payments, with subscription invoices for 2026 now being sent out. The group discussed the need for new auditors in Australia, with Olivia offering to follow up with Brian from Australian Sailing to assist with compiling financial statements from 2023 onwards. Tony noted that OSAF outgoings mainly consist of World Sailing membership fees and regulatory costs.

Insights were shared from a recent survey commissioned by the Growth Committee, noting gender disparities in sailing and the need to bridge the gap between small island countries and World Sailing's European headquarters.
