SAILING Champions League Asia Pacific Finals 2026 - Call for Teams

The Oceania Sailing Federation encourages all member nations and clubs to participate in the SAILING Champions League Asia Pacific Finals, scheduled for 27-29 March 2026 at Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club, Australia.
Event Overview This premier sailing competition serves as the regional pathway to the SAILING Champions League World Finals in Europe. The event features short-course umpired fleet racing in identical one-design boats, with each race lasting 12-15 minutes.
Competition Format
- Mixed teams of 4 (2 male, 2 female crew members)
- Open and Youth divisions
- Qualifying series followed by finals
- Professional umpiring throughout

- Age Requirements: Minimum 14 years (16 for helmsman), Youth division under 23
Qualification Pathway The top Australian, Asian, and Pacific teams in both Open and Youth divisions will qualify for the World Finals in Europe.
How to Enter National federations can either form representative teams or assist member clubs in creating competitive teams. All team members must be club members with valid sailing authority identification numbers.
